Our Story

NEL - An abbreviation of our names, Nina, Emily & Laura. Three co-workers who each had the same goal - to launch an events company specialising in event management, event planning and venue finding

Currently working day to day within Red Cactus Events and Team Building Experiences, we have already worked behind the scenes planning, booking & hosting many Team Building & Corporate events.

Our wish is to take the stress out of your next event. We are happy to plan your event from start to finish, handling all the challenges which come with planning something on a large scale.

NEL Events is an upcoming event management brand, formed as part of the The Experience Specialists Group.

How do I contact NEL Events?

There are a few ways to get in touch with us, the easiest and quickest way is to give us a call on 01235 330131 and a member of our sales team will be on hand to help. Which areas do you operate in?

We can plan events all over UK, Europe & Virtually!

What happens when I submit an enquiry?

Once your enquiry is submitted, our lovely team will be notified. We will then give you a call to speak about your event, and what your vision & goals are. After this, we will tne get to work pulling together all elements in order to send a quote across for you to take a look at and review. We will maintain contact after this process, to see if we can help or if you have any questions at all.

Does it matter if I do not have a confirmed date for my event?

No problem, we can still begin comminications and pulling ideas together as well as rough costs which we can then finalise once the date is set

Can I arrange a site visit beforehand?

You certainly can! Just speak to us to arrange this. Busy months, such as December, this may be a bit more difficult to fit in. So, please bear this in mind!

How do I book my event?

Your event can either be booked in with us via a deposit or full payment depending on how far away the event date is.

Deposit payable will vary per event depending on third party payment terms such as venue hire.

Deposit payable will be provided at quote stage

Is my booking confirmed if I haven’t paid yet?

Sadly we will not be able to start booking in your event until a receipt of payment is received.

Can I cancel my event?

All bookings are non-refundable unfortunately however it may be possible to re-schedule your event. Any costs involved will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
